The New Road Team NRT goal poacher Segun Eyitayo is excited and delighted with his first season in Nepal as he banged 10 goals for his team in the Red bull Division one of the Nepalese league.
The former Prime FC and Ila Orangun FC in osun state striker ensured that his team finished in the top 5, the highest of this team in the last ten years. The 1.8M height skillful striker scored the hat-trick in his first match and brace in the second to finish among the top scorer in the championship.
Igwe as he's fondly call is being chased by many clubs in the Nepal such as Three stars, Nepal Army and Nepal police but NRT is hoping to keep their talismanic striker for the coming season as they are enjoying him and his brothers from Nigeria ( Babatunde Akeem who also finished the league with 10 goals is his striking partner, Sulaiman Olansile and Saheed Azeez also enjoyed the good pairing in the central defence while Ibahim played in the mid-field) for the New Road Team in the just concluded season.
